Hi there, I'm back on Blogger!
The journey goes on.
*In Moscow, no real changes in my life. Starting mid-September, I'm going to work for the same 2 language schools, the same locations, to live in the same place. In March I took the CAE and got 93%, grade A, meaning my level is C2 (the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), although the exam itself is aimed at C1. Before I realised I have a document saying 'C2' (the highest level of the current CEF), I'd already registered for the next CPE session. And I know what I must work on.
*In Bulgaria, in 2 weeks we're buying a studio next to Chernomorets, between Burgas and Sozopol, and I'm there now, cleaning everything after the workers and buying stuff. That is a huge change for me! The first time buying something that important, even that it's only a summer time property and, not being citizens of the EU, we won't have the right to live here for more than 3 months each half a year. We didn't have anything here, so step by step I started setting up home. A couple of days ago I bought something like a camp bed (like this) to sleep on, to have an alternative to my mat. Yesterday I had the kitchen installed, today I bought the first chair, for the balcony. =D
People of my age and social strata buy flats in Moscow, using mortgage, but they get married and have jobs in the corporate sector - obviously, I'm absolutely atypical in this respect.
*As for the diet and water consumption, not much change either. I try to eat more seasonal food, from the Moscow region, southern regions, Ukraine, Armenia, Uzbekistan when possible. Now in Bulgaria I buy produce from Bulgaria (2 kinds of blueberries, peaches, tomatoes, cherries, dill, green and red pepper, cucumbers, champinions) Greece (grapes, peaches), Turkey (carrots, lemons) or Italy (white grapes) (well, and almonds from the USA).
*There've been 2 important family-related things so far this year - my granny's death at the age of 82 (? she didn't know her exact age) and my cousin's wedding. The former was foreseen, and when I saw her on Dec 30, I realised it was the last time, as I was going to Scandinavia for the winter vacation planned well in advance. Now I don't have grandparents any more. The latter happened on July 1, and I had been invited only 3 days in advance, incredible. But it was nice to see my younger cousin 'become serious' =)
*Again, there've been 2 important encounters so far this year - Jasmuheen and Eduardo Chianca. Jasmuheen visits Moscow and Saint-Petersburg every 2 years or so, but it was the first time she'd come after I'd learnt about her, and I was very happy to be able to participate in her workshop in May. We did a lot of meditations, I felt connected to/with the Universe. I had an opportunity to ask a couple of questions, out of the so many I have. Eduardo Chianca (pronounced 'shianka') is a healer from Brasil who travels the world giving lectures and workshops on Frequencies of Light (a method brought to us by the Pleiadians) and also giving private healing sessions. And this was the way I got acquainted with him and 2 more interesting people, Premavati and Elena.
*How I learnt of Eduardo is another story. Among all parts and organs of my physical body my lungs are most vulnerable and last winter I had a really bad cough, could hardly breathe. In May it came back even worse, I could walk only very slowly, with pauses to rest between floors. My body didn't want to help itself, and I didn't know which thought patterns I urgently needed to change to cure the emotional body first. The situation was awful. And then one day I receive an e-mail, sent out to many people I don't know, with an announcement about Eduardo's workshop and private sessions aimed at balancing chakras. I called the phone to ask how my e-mail got on that mailing list, but they couldn't answer, then we came to the conclusion that it could have been passed on by somebody who had taken our e-mails at Jasmuheen's workshop. I was interested in balancing chakras and asked about a private session and got on the list. The location for it was a room used by a Russian practitioner (Elena) not far from my place (some 30-40 minutes by marshrutka and tram), a pleasant fact bearing in mind distances and traffic in Moscow). So I got an appointment for myself and my Mum, it was part of my birthday present for her. I felt the session was very useful for me, I felt different afterwards (my Mum didn't feel anything, so we 'closed the topic'), Eduardo answered my questions, his answers and his questions and comments seemed sometimes superficial, sometimes very deep, he confirmed some of my guesses, but there was something which surprised me. Well, the thing about my lungs is related to the throat chakra, I need to express myself, my emotions, not to keep everything to me, to say what I think openly, but in a positive way. With my job I can't do it, I even lie about certain things, I can't say "you're naughty and you don't care a thing about this rule, why don't you tell your parents and don't come here again" to a pupil! And I haven't figured out how to change that yet. And I can't talk about things that really interest me with my dear people because they are not interested at all, they don't feel what I feel, they don't feel energies, they think I should think about money and getting married. It's very difficult for me not to be able to talk about this aspect of my life, and very sad. Any potential father of my future children around me now believes he and they must eat meat and is against my way. I think everybody can choose their way, we are on Earth for different experiences, so I accept both a meat-free and a meat diet and respect (or try to respect) people who eat meat or go hunting regardless. Nethertheless I am yet to meet a man who will accept or, better, want our children to be fed on a raw diet till they're 18 and choose for themselves.
*Premavati is Eduardo's interpreter (English-Russian) when he's in Russia. She is present during the beginning and the end of each session, and waits outside during the main part. So while I was waiting outside and she came out, we talked. There were more people, and I learnt some facts from her biography. She was one of those who brought the Krishna movement to the USSR, spread knowledge back then in the 80s, spent some time in prison for it. She's the director of the related radio station. She seems to know in person everyone I might ask about in this world now (Jasmuheen or the director of one publishing house in Moscow...). And she says she's the current reincarnation of StGermain... Whether it's true or not, I don't care. What's important for me is that I heard this only a couple of days after I had learnt about the violet flame! (The violet flame is said to be the healing instrument taught by StGermain)
*Elena is a practitioner who received initiations from Eduardo and now uses the Frequencies of Light. For my lungs one session with Eduardo wasn't enough.
2 weeks after that session I realised my lungs needed urgent help. I thought I was dying several times, ventolin (the medication for people who can't breathe well) didn't help any more, and I didn't want to use anything else, anything stronger (it was the only medication I used since I became a rawfoodist). My Mum insisted that I should go and see a doctor from the hospital which specialises in respiratory system problems. She found a way for me to get there, and I went. The doctor listened to my lungs, said what I knew myself, made some comments unrelated to the problem, and I started crying, my nerves were really very bad then, I was too sensitive. The traditional pulmonologist wanted to put me on a drip in hospital, I said no, thanked her and went away. I asked the Universe/the Source to bring me a way to cure my lungs, I wrote it down in my diary, and within a week I remembered about Elena, called her, made an appointment to check my chakras as we had agreed and I had such a bad cough while in her room, that she gave me an unplanned free session of Frequencies of Light. We had 3 more sessions and I drank 2 bottles of Si water (silicon dissolved in water in a special way so that it forms gel) called "Унигель". The result is unbelieable! One week of this treatment - and I can breathe again! I can sleep on the back! I feel the smells! It's fantastic. My gratitude was enormous. During the sessions I kept thanking the Pleiadians, Eduardo, Elena and God. Those were paid sessions. And after them Elena gave me a present of 4 sessions of EMF, and they were fantastic, especially the 4th one - one of the brightest experiences in my life.
Then, right before leaving Moscow for Bulgaria, I had 2 more sessions of Frequencies of Light (I love them). I'm so happy I was shown a medication-free way to cure my lungs! And I like the process, so I hope to be seeing Elena from time to time for another session. But of course, without my personal work on myself I won't progress.
*I love the centering exercise by Laura Silva Quesada. I read the free online Silva course, the last lesson is here (the other lessons are on the right)
*I read about Edgar Cayce, a name widely known in America but absolutely unknown in Russia. Some of his advice doesn't feel good to me, but I decided to follow his advice on cancer prevention and eat 3 almonds a day.
*I came across a bioshop in Burgas, a nice place, obviously less expensive than in the Netherlands or Belgium.
*Every day I see a new bird or animal here. There's a brown horse on the field next to Chernomorets. Once right before dawn I saw an owl on the neighbour's balcony, today I saw goats next to that horse. On my way to the beach I saw a tortoise crawling across the road. Some crabs, jellyfish, grey fish in the sea. And of course, kittens in the streets of Burgas, a lot of grasshoppers, spiders and mosquitoes on the field, in my flat.
*I know that people who feel energies much better than me say roses bring good energy, that bad energies don't like being with roses, and as I don't have a cat to let it enter the new flat first (it's a Russian and not only Russian tradition/superstition), I bought a vase with a rose on it and a cut rose. I love flowers! Living, in pots, and finishing their life, cut (they're doing a great job giving people positive emotions), so guys next time you see me, give me some flowers =)

Vitamin D
On vitamin D:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HH1rB-Ya2UQ (1 hour interview)
Summary:
~vitamin D deficiency leads to all kinds of disorders and illnesses
~we need UVB to produce vitamin D by our skin
~the window glass blocks UVB, but lets in UVA which can cause us harm
~20 minutes full body exposure to the sun daily is what we need to get our necessary dose
~there are special supplements made of animal particles
~everybody living to the north of the 30th parallel should do something (she suggests taking that supplement)
As I'm against supplements, I really understand why many raw foodists move down to Thailand, Singapore, Ecuador... =)
======
So, just to have one list of things that make our life better in one place:
- Good nutrition (at least vegetarian, ideally raw mono diet)
- Exposure to the sun
- Good air
- Good water to drink and to wash
- Hygiene, body, clothes and flat, as natural as possible
- Regular physical activity
- Positive thinking
- Feeling gratitude
- People you feel good with around and no people you don't like around
- Harmonious sounds and music
- Having an aim and going for it
- Minimum plastic and bottles with chemicals around, natural furniture, cosmetics (if any), detergents (if any)
I'll add smth else when it comes to my mind. Any ideas? Please let me know!

October
This month I've decided to do some cleansing, for about 30-35 days. So I eat garlic, home-made tripharmacon (tansy, absinthe and cloves powder), pumpkin purée and seeds, lots of leafy greens (parsley, coriander, spinach, dill, lettuce, Iceberg lettuce, estragon), drink beet&carrot&apple juice every morning. In general this month I'm trying to focus on red food like red paprika or dark grapes but am not avoiding any other product whatsoever. And drinking water, yes, about a litre a day of schungite or silicon (Si) water already - a big progress for me.
Some people, including Victoria Boutenko, recommend drinking 'green cocktails'. They realised the importance of leafy greens in the human diet (their share "must" be about 45% (!) of the daily food intake) but didn't really enjoy eating them as they are, so they decided to use a blender. It's a nice idea for a raw green soup and I tried it once or twice but both my mum and I find it easy to eat leafy greens without any sorcery. 'Green cocktails' seem tasty, so we'll try them for sure =)

I think this book could be quite useful to me now :), it's in line with my own way of thinking.

Air ionizers, anyone?
Chizhevsky's air ionizing lamps (люстра Чижевского): can't decide.
I have an ionizer which produces only negative ions, and the author of this site, Aydar Tuktagulov, criticizes this type a lot, promotes bipolar ionizers as opposed to unipolar models and refers to the sanitary norms of RF. BUT one paragraph of the norms says that it's allowed not to have positive ions at workplaces with sources of electrostatic fields (office equipment etc), and it's exactly my case (well, not workplace, but at home I have so many appliances!)
"В зонах дыхания персонала на рабочих местах, где имеются источники электростатических полей (видеодисплейные терминалы или другие виды оргтехники) допускается отсутствие аэроионов положительной полярности." САНПИН
If you, (occasional) reader of this blog, have any ideas or experience or heard about somebody's experience, don't hesitate to tell me, ok?

Raw mono... what's next?
They tell me sometimes that I'm being too radical now.
I say no, it's not that radical.
They ask me "what can be more radical?"
Well, what about not needing physical food at all? Living on love/light/prana/...
A couple of links:
link 1
link 2
(in RU)
My current level of spiritual development is far from the one necessary for that. The next at least 2 years my new cells will be replacing the old ones that I got before going raw and you can't receive enough prana before the energy channels widen. You must first be physically healthy, and only then enjoy freedom from food.
Raw mono -> widen channels to receive cosmic energy -> be able to live without physical food

Music Therapy / Water / Thought
When did you use a cassette the last time? Me, yesterday. In the last years of the USSR the borders opened for commerce, trade of consumer goods (before it was largely restricted to metal, oil, wheat and similar). This cassette of mine is of 1991. It is called "The Way of Life" and is based on the Chinese theory of the 5 elements Yi-Ching. The traditional Chinese music you hear in their restaurants is based on the same principles, always combining yin and yang in their striving for harmony. A cassette is not practical nowadays, so I decided to download some Yi-Ching music, in lossless, of course - this is the type of music where no moment should be lost while recording and converting, so the best quality available for the moment. I found out that there is one prominent Chinese music therapist who produced, compiled and arranged a series of albums. His name is Wang Xu-dong.
Modern American music therapists, unlike ancient Indian and later Chinese healers, believe that "All styles of music can be useful in effecting change in a client or patient's life". In the orient only calm and harmonious music is considered suitable for healing purposes (actually, they recommend to avoid all other styles, as these have a negative impact on the cells). Well, the notorious experiments of Dr. Masaru Emoto showed that water exposed to the music of Argentine tango also produces beautiful crystals, so it's not only Tchaikovsky or mantras that influence water positively, while hard rock produces ugly shapes, in accordance with the oriental beliefs. (Emoto's results have not been obtained by other researchers though. I believe in the power of thought so I accept his work with gratitude).
Everything, literally, is vibration, each and every cell vibrates at a certain level, frequency. When this level deviates from its best level it becomes unwanted for the whole organism, and it tries to cure it and then, if it was not successful, to kill it. Good thoughts improve the frequency of an ill cell to its best natural level.
(uf, haven't finished the idea, have to shut down the system)

Hatha Yoga etc.
It's amazing how many different things are stored in my flat! Recently I've found a copy of somebody's experience with Hatha Yoga physical exercises and breathing techniques typed on an old typing machine with some paragraphs marked with a pen. My granny had a typewriter, and I remember her using it in my childhood. I don't know if she ever followed the advice from that copy telling us about how the life of a 60-year-old Soviet man, chronically ill, changed when he started to practice several simple physical and breathing exercises every morning, in combination with tempering and using the power of intention. This story dates back to the middle of the XXth century. And by now nothing has improved in this field. Vice verse, in general people are much farther from Nature than 60 years ago.
No physical exercises in my life now, tempering is somehow neglected... I am focused on forming my intentions the right way, attempting to work with my subconscious consciously; water&infusion&juice fasting; eating products separately; not overeating; understanding the non-physical roots of my physical ailments; rethinking my life. It occupies me fully.

Web resources
The site I found yesterday when searching for some info on Breuss in English is very good! It contains info about all kinds of fasting for newbies. I am not that advanced in fasting but my own experience and the one of the golodanie.su community gives me enough knowledge to say that the site is good. Although it belongs to a doctor who promotes his hospital located in the Philippines, it's not just simple advertising, it's maintained for everyone who is looking for detoxification, fasting for spiritual reasons etc.

Juicer/Anti-cancer diet
Bought a juicer. Finally! My old one had some problems. I had only 4000 RUR (1 EUR ~ 45 RUR), bought one by an absolutely unknown (to me) brand taking into consideration only the parameters (trying to find the best for such a low price). Just tried it with celery, cucumbers and carrots. For this price my choice is ok. I also want a manual so-called wheatgrass juicer, but they are not sold here (or I can't find any info), and I will have to order it from the USA... Expensive it will be, as the cost of shipment might be higher than the price of the manual juicer...
Being in general against breaking what nature gives us I consider juice extraction to be an intermediate stage. Besides, I want to follow Dr. Rudolph Breuss's 42-days scheme. In my case it's for cleaning purposes (I hope), but I have read posts by people whom Breuss's scheme helped in their battle with cancer (together with the no-sugar magnesium diet which consists in beet root, cauliflower, kohlrabi, pumpkin, radish, buckwheat sprouts and rose hips only, everything RAW!. If you know somebody with cancer who is looking for a cure, I really believe I know the answer).

GMO
Watched a programme on GMO on a Russian channel (Осторожно! Ген скорпиона по телеканалу Россия, in RU only). This film touches upon the main issues related to GMO in fruits&vegetables, especially soya&corn, food used at animal farms etc. but it lacks some important information, for instance, about experiments with the second and third generations of mice. As I am against GMO and try to follow the developments, there isn't much new stuff in the film for me. Two new things were information about potatoes and Brazil!!! This country is among the leaders in GMO use, after the USA. Hm... Need to search for trustworthy info.

Dehydration/Water
My condolences to relatives of those who suffered in the earthquakes in central Italy, but here I'd like to comment on just one thing said on tv (Euronews, for example). So I heard some reporters talk about dehydration of those whom the rescue teams helped (are helping and will help) after the first 24 hours. Dehydration after 24-36-48-72 hours? Dios mío, those guys don't know what they are talking about! Now I noticed this disinformation, but just a year ago I would have believed those reporters.
In the modern European society it is uncommon to abstain from food and drink during certain periods. In the Muslim world many people fast in the month of Ramadan abstaining from food, drinks, entertainment etc from dawn to dusk. In the Hindu religion all the manifestations of their divine beings to lay people at a date in the past, all deaths of their holy people etc. are celebrated by a short fasting till midday (not eating, not drinking, no entertainment etc); plus there are 2 ekadashis every month when they don't eat or drink 36 hours (night+day+night). I don't say everybody is following all these traditions, but at least they are familiar with the concept, so everybody knows it's fine not to drink for 36 hours. My personal maximum of abstaining from both food and drink is 3 days (about 72 hours) by now, and I wouldn't use the word dehydration to my condition then. In general it is good to be sure that you can survive several days without food and drink while having enough energy for something apart from staying in bed and it is good to practice this as well.
I haven't drunk water for quite some time. My very old Soviet juicer still works and makes me apple juice every day. Then oranges and cucumbers are very juicy. I believe I must drink water, because making juice is unnatural (no animal can do this), but somehow now I can't make myself drink water. The water I have access to doesn't taste good to me.

Winter/Fasting/etc
This winter in the Moscow region and where I have travelled was sometimes what we call "real", -20C, white snow everywhere. After 3 winters in Western Europe I was a bit nervous about how I would survive any temperature below 0, but it turned out to be quite fine. So I don't see any obstacles to be a raw foodist in the cold period of the year as many say.
But I must admit I was not a raw foodist myself because of my very strong psychological dependence on bread. Now I am finally changing this habit.
Being quite thin and slim I would have never thought I would go for a fast longer than a couple of days. But I did. Starting on the 2nd of March, coinciding with the Orthodox Lent (Great Fast), 7 days, finished today with half water-half freshly squeezed apple juice. It was really hard for me, I felt extremely weak in certain moments, the stairs were a nightmare so I didn't go out the last 4 days (I live on the 2nd floor without an elevator). I did it till the acidotic crisis which happened yesterday in the evening and although I then all of a sudden felt strong and thought to continue for several more days today I woke up too weak to move my arms. I guess this is when the real cleansing process starts, but I wasn't ready for this so I crawled to the kitchen to prepare the juice. Still a great experience!
Hopefully I am becoming a real raw foodist today. Understanding the negative issues of bread and having lived without any food for a week I guess now I am able to do this.

Water and plastic
Yesterday I read an article (RU) about water in plastic bottles. The main idea of the article is the following. In the production process of plastic they use antimony. In time plastic releases antimony into the contents of the bottle. According to some comparative studies, the amount of antimony in plastic bottles is 30 times higher than in glass bottles of water.
So buy water in glass bottles!
So buy water in glass bottles!

Ufff
On Sunday I was walking with my friends in Antwerp, Belgium, when we suddenly saw a Russian shop. I couldn't resist and bought a package of sunflower halva. I used to love it a lot and missed it in the Netherlands, although liked the Turkish sesame halva sold in Turkish shops in Tilburg. In the evening I ate some halva, too much actually. I started to feel bad in some 20 minutes. I am writing this now still not recovered. I won't describe how I felt, but this experience taught me to stick to raw food until my body fully renovates and is able to overcome this kind of food poisoning and intoxication not hurting me that much.
